Redmi Note 14 series will be released next week, design preview

The Redmi Note 14 series has finally been confirmed to launch in China. The series has been officially revealed and the company has also provided a launch schedule for the phones. While the specific models have not yet been confirmed, there are speculations that there will be a regular Redmi Note 14, a Note 14 Pro, and a Note 14 Pro+ phone. The company has also revealed the designs of both the models and hinted at their build quality. The series will succeed the Redmi Note 13 5G series.

Redmi has teased its upcoming Note 14 series on Weibo. According to the promotional poster shared in the post, the phones are confirmed to launch in China “next week.” This suggests that the series will be released between September 23 and September 29.

The Redmi Note 14 series phones are currently available for pre-order in China through Xiaomi’s Chinese website and e-shopping sites such as JD.com and Tmall. The series is expected to include a base version, a Pro version, and a Pro+ version.

The Redmi Note 14 series launch poster shows two phones with curved edges and a centered rear camera module. One of the camera islands appears to be covered by a glass panel, while the other module shows the camera unit protruding from the module.

The official post suggests that the Redmi Note 14 series will have better drop and water resistance. At the same time, an executive recently confirmed that the series of phones will adopt an IP68-level dust and water-resistant design.

The engraving on the Redmi Note 14 phone suggests that the phone will come with a 50-megapixel camera with OIS support. One of the upcoming smartphones is also expected to come with AI-powered camera features.
