Defense Minister Rajnath Singh has started discussions on the constitution in the winter session of the Lok Sabha. The discussion will last two days. Rajnath Singh started the discussion on the Constitution by saying that we the people of India adopted the Constitution on November 26, 1949. He expressed his heartfelt congratulations to the House of Representatives and all citizens on the occasion of the 75th anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution. He said that our country’s constitution involves all aspects of social, economic, political and cultural life, paving the way for national construction. The Constitution is not only a legal document but also points out the path for nation-building. It reflects the aspirations of the people.
The debate over the constitution will continue until Saturday. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will respond to the debate on Saturday. Twelve to 15 leaders of the BJP will participate in the discussion. From the Congress party, leaders such as Malikajun Haq, Rahul Gandhi, Priyanka Gandhi will speak on the Constitution.

Rahul-Priyanka will also speak
Congress will debate for 2 hours and 20 minutes on Constitution Day. The Parliamentary Strategy Group also held talks on the winter session of Parliament and constitutional issues. Senior Congress leaders Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi Vadra will both address the House. This will be Priyanka’s first speech. Congress issued three whips in the House of Representatives on these two days and asked MPs to attend the House of Representatives on both days. Congress President Malikajun Haq will lead the debate on behalf of the opposition in the House of Federation.
