Rahul Gandhi’s microphone suddenly switched off during Congress programme, he says: ‘No matter how many microphones you switch off, I will continue to speak’

Today, the country celebrates the 75th anniversary of Constitution Day. For this purpose, Congress organized a program at Tartora Stadium in Delhi. Rahul Gandhi was speaking on this show and suddenly his microphone was switched off. Congress leaders and workers started creating a ruckus. Rahul’s microphone was off for a long time and after it was fixed, he said no matter how many times you turn off the microphone, I will keep talking.

I will continue to speak – Rahul Gandhi

Rahul further said that the microphone of anyone who talks about Dalits and backward people is just turned off. No matter how many microphones you turn off, I will continue to speak. During the show, Rahul Gandhi once again reiterated the demand for caste census. He said none of the country’s top industrialists were from Dalit, backward or tribal classes.

Caste census will be conducted

Rahul said that recently we have started work related to caste census in Telangana. The issues raised here are decided by Dalits, backward people and the poor of the country. This means that the people of Telangana devised the format of the caste census. This is a historic step. Wherever there is a government, we conduct caste census in the same pattern.

“The Prime Minister has not read the Constitution”

He further said that the Constitution shows the path of non-violence. The Constitution is a book about truth and non-violence. The Constitution does not tolerate violence. He said wherever our government goes, we conduct caste census there. If the proportion of backward classes is greater, why is their participation less? He further said, I guarantee that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has not read the Constitution book. The Constitution is not just a book, it is the thought of India for thousands of years. It has the voices of great men like Gandhi, Ambedkarji, Buddha, Phuleji, etc., but not Savarkarji’s.
