A sensational case of murder has come to light from Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh. A father strangled his pregnant 17-year-old daughter to death because of her love affair. After this he reached the police station to confess his crime and confessed his crime. Police reached the spot after receiving information and took possession of the body and sent it for post-mortem.
According to Superintendent of Police (City) Rahul Bhati, the deceased was in a relationship with Bhujendra alias Bhura Srivastava, a resident of Rasula village. The minor’s father filed a rape case against Bhujendra after getting information about his daughter’s pregnancy. On Wednesday, charges were also registered against him under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses (POCSO) Act at CB Ganj police station.

Daughter’s statement recorded in police station, murdered the same night
Police arrested Bhujendra on Thursday and sent him to jail. After recording the girl’s statement, she was sent back to her home. Bhati told that the father strangled his daughter that very night. After this, Parsa reached Kheda police station to confess his crime.
Accused father arrested
The SP further said that the accused father had already confessed to his crime in Parsa Kheda police station. Later he was arrested and taken to CBganj police station. After this, the police reached the spot and recovered the body of the minor and sent it for post-mortem. Further action is being taken in the matter.
