In Pratapgarh in Uttar Pradesh, the ARTO spotted a bus full of schoolchildren during inspection and took the bus and parked it at his office premises. During this time, the children have been confined to the car to bask in the sun. On the other hand, when children don’t arrive home on time, parents start looking. It was only then that people discovered that the children were “imprisoned” in a school bus parked at the ARTO office. Parents expressed strong dissatisfaction with this incident. The matter has become the center of attention.

Let us tell you that the incident took place yesterday when a bus full of school children was caught by ARTO enforcement officer Dilip Gupta during inspection. Instead of taking action on the spot, he allegedly grabbed the school bus full of children and teachers, took it to his office and parked it. So the little children endured tortures of hunger and thirst under the scorching sun for about two hours.

After receiving the information, the officers released the bus when the children’s families reached the ARTO office and a disturbance broke out. According to the official, the bus was stopped due to unwellness. After reading the documents etc. he was asked to stand in the office.

At present, the parents of the children have expressed dissatisfaction with this attitude of the RTO. He recorded a video of the incident and asked the DM to take action against the accused ARTO. In the video, children can be seen sitting on a bus parked in the sun with a female teacher. Family members standing outside were taking videos and cursing the police.

The viral video is said to have started on Monday (September 23). When ARTO Dilip Gupta was asked about the matter, he said that inspection activities are being carried out as per government regulations. School buses and other vehicles are being inspected. Then when a school bus was inspected, it had neither a license nor insurance. In this case, he was asked to stand in the office and inform the school management. They were asked to drive another bus to safely drop off the children.
