The school said that he might have got injured while riding a bicycle
The victim’s family said that when they showed the medical report to the school principal and teachers, instead of taking it seriously, they said that the girl’s private parts may have been injured while riding a bicycle. The family was hurt by this statement given by the school because they had the medical report in which it was clearly mentioned that a crime has been committed against the girl and this incident took place in the school itself.
If the police threatens you, if you protest then we will file an FIR
The family said that when the protest took place at Badlapur railway station, they received a call from senior police officials threatening them that if they joined the protest, an FIR would be filed against them. Due to this threat, the family members could not join the protest. They said that they were already nervous and were further scared due to this threat from the police.
The police kept her in the police station for hours without any reason. They did not even respect the pregnant mother
The family alleged that after the incident, the police made them sit in the police station for hours. Not only the victim and her father sat in the police station, but the victim’s pregnant mother also sat there. They were not made to sit in a separate room but in front of the criminals, which was extremely humiliating and disturbing for them. Apart from this, the time given for the medical test in the government hospital was 9 o’clock, but the policemen arrived at 11:45, due to which they had to wait for hours.

The family also revealed that when they demanded CCTV footage from the school, they were told that the CCTV cameras were switched off for the past 15 days as repair work was going on. Apart from this, the family also got information that a male teacher from the same school had committed a similar crime with another student of class 8.
A woman police officer, who came to the school for investigation, held a secret meeting with the school management and shocked the family by coming out and saying that no such incident had taken place. The family alleged that there might be a collusion between the school management and some politicians to hush up the matter.
The family is demanding strict action
The family has demanded the death penalty for the culprit of this heinous crime. They say that such criminals should be given strict punishment so that such incidents can be prevented in future. Apart from this, the family has also demanded action against the school principal and teachers, because they did not take this incident seriously and tried to dismiss the allegations.
