Acting on secret information, police raided a house in Kodma, Jharkhand. During this period, a total of Rs 1 crore, Rs 10 lakh and 58 grams of opium were seized. During this operation, the police also arrested an accused named Rohit Kumar Rajak. Currently, the arrested defendants are undergoing interrogation regarding the entire case.
In fact, the Superintendent of Police (SP) has received information regarding the matter. Accordingly, Koderma police raided a house in Lariyadih Panchayat Vrinda village. During this period, the police seized Rs 1 crore, Rs 10 lakh, an SUV, a Scorpio and 58 grams of opium. The market price of the recovered opium is said to be around Rs 27,000.

The Inspector General of Police said the raid was carried out following information received. He told police that when police searched the house, family members told different stories. He made various statements to police about various types of businesses.
Police suspect the amount recovered may be related to election activities. The matter is under investigation. The entire operation started at 1:30 a.m. on October 21 and lasted until noon the next day.
After the move by the Kodma police, there was an uproar around it. Police are investigating the origin of the seized opium and the opium and are interrogating the accused in connection with the entire incident.
