Deputy Commissioner Shopian Mohammad Shahid Saleem Dar inspected the site of collapse of Dachnoo-Heerpora bridge across the Rambaira river.
After the collapse, the police registered a case and the DC directed the R&B department to immediately construct a diversion route to restore traffic.
He also called for clearing of stuck vehicles and discussed with the Chief Engineer of R&B Kashmir for construction of Bailey bridge.
