PM Modi visits Gulf spice labor camps and meets Indian workers

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has arrived in Kuwait for a two-day visit. On the first day of his visit, Prime Minister Modi arrived at the Gulf Spit Law Camp. Here he met Indian workers. During this period, Prime Minister Modi had breakfast with the workers. Prime Minister Modi also met Abdullah Baron, the Arabic translator of Ramayana and Mahabharata, and Abdullah Latif Al-Nasef, the publisher, in Kuwait City. Regarding his meeting with Prime Minister Modi, Arnesef said it was an honor to meet Prime Minister Modi, adding that these books are very important. The Prime Minister also met 101-year-old former IFS officer Mangal Sen Handa.

During his visit to Kuwait, Prime Minister Sheikh Saad Abdullah addressed the Indian diaspora at the ‘Hara Modi’ event held at the Sports Centre. During this period, he also visited labor camps where blue-collar workers live in India. Prime Minister Modi said in a speech to Indians in Kuwait that a mini India has emerged here. The workers, doctors, and nurses here are all making a contribution. The teachers among you are building the next generation of Kuwait. Engineers there are building Kuwait’s new infrastructure.
