Union Personnel Minister Jitendra Singh said that under the government’s Special Operation 4.0, the revenue in the past three years (2021-2024) reached Rs 2,364 crore. The latest phase of the campaign is from October 2 to 31, 2024; during this period, revenue exceeded Rs 650 crore. This is a milestone in the government’s efforts. The goal of Special Action 4.0 is to institutionalize cleaning work and solve the to-do list of government agencies.

Union Minister Jitendra Singh said that inspired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s instructions, the “Special Operation 4.0” approach was adopted to reduce cleaning and pending cases. The event covered more than 597,000 offices across the country.

Jitendra Singh said that 4.51 million documents were reviewed under Special Operation 4.0. 555,000 public complaints were resolved. 190 million square feet of office space was cleaned. Many ministries have achieved 90-100% pending project disposal rate.
