Prime Minister Narendra Modi met India’s Paris Paralympian players at his residence on Thursday. Now its full video has surfaced. During this, PM Modi congratulated the players for the record of winning 29 medals. The Paris Paralympic players looked very happy during their meeting with the PM. During this, PM Modi told javelin thrower Navdeep Singh and archer Sheetal Devi that the reels of both of you went the most viral.

During this meeting, PM Modi boosted the morale of the Paralympic players. He also said that the way of looking at para players should change. During this, PM Modi said that participation of para players is very important. The Paralympic players also looked happy after listening to PM Modi.

Sports Minister Mansukh Mandaviya and Paralympic Committee of India (PCI) chief Devendra Jhajharia were also present during the interaction. The Prime Minister interacted with each of the players and later clicked photographs with them. Wheelchair-bound shooter Avani Lekhara, who won her second consecutive Paralympic gold in the women’s 10m air rifle (SH1), and visually impaired judoka Kapil Parmar, India’s first Paralympic medallist in the sport, were among those seen posing with the PM.

There was also an emotional moment when during the conversation, Prime Minister Modi sat on the floor to accept the cap from javelin thrower Navdeep Singh.

PM Modi had a humorous conversation with Navdeep and asked him about the viral video in which he appeared quite aggressive. Hearing this from PM Modi, the people present there started laughing.
