This was a situation where even the Home Minister of the Congress central government did not dare to go to Lal Chowk. Terrorism is now moribund in Jammu and Kashmir. The changes that have taken place here in the last 10 years are nothing less than a dream. The new Jammu and Kashmir is being built with stones that were earlier used to attack the police and army.

Modi conference to be held in three phases

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will hold election meetings at various stages of the three-phase elections in Jammu and Kashmir. The second phase will see an election rally in Srinagar on September 19. The third phase is expected to be held on September 26. The venue of the rally has not yet been decided.
