Pitrupacha 2024: The day of Pitru Paksha has a very special significance in Hinduism. We consider the family ancestors who have passed away as our ancestors. When a person dies and does not regenerate, he stays in the spirit world. The family then receives blessings from the spirit world from the ancestors. During Pitru Paksha, the ancestors come to the earth, pay attention to their people, and solve their problems by blessing them.
During Pitru Paksha, we honor our ancestors and follow charity religion to remember. According to religious beliefs, if the ancestors are angry, then there will be obstacles in the progress of the house. Shraddha rituals are performed during a special period of fifteen days in a year, starting from today. Shraddha Paksha is also known as Pitripaksha and Mahalaya. According to the Hindu calendar, the period starting from the Pratipada date of Krishna Paksha in the month of Ashwin till Sarvapitri Amavasya is called Pitru Paksha or Shraddha Paksha.
