Washington, United States:
Donald Trump’s tariffs have become a black and white issue on social media, where the penguin mems have gone viral, when they targeted an island settled by flying birds, but no people.
A widely shared image on Thursday along with US President and Vice President JD Vance showed a penguin in place of Ukrainian leader Volodimier Zelansky at the Oval Office during his recent line.

Another meme shown us the first female Melania Trump staring at an emperor penguin – in place of former Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau – while Trump asks.
On Wednesday, the trump’s announcement of tariffs around the world certainly received icy reception in many countries.
But it has also been baffled why some of the most remote parts in the world have been targeted.
A case in this point: Trump Hurd and McDonald Islands, without a human population, why would you slap 10 percent tariffs on all exports from a barren sub-inflammatory Australian region, but four different species of penguins?
Anthony Scaramuchi, who was the former communication head of Trump for 11 days in his first term, “Penguins have been ripping us for years and are now a vocal critic, who are joking on X.
“Donald Trump slapped the tariff on the penguin and not on Putin,” American Senate Democratic Leader Chak Shumor, referring to the fact that Russia was not on the US tariff list.
The White House stated that the restrictions on Russia on the war of President Vladimir Putin meant that there was no “meaningful” trade on which the tariff was to be implemented.
Trump caused puzzle with his 29 percent tariff on Norfoch Island, with a population of over 2,000 humans in a small Australian region in Pacific.
Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanis said, “I am not sure that the Norfock Island, in relation to it, is a business contestant with the United States’ vast economy.”
Britain’s remote Falkland Islands – home to a million penguin, and the most famous for the 1982 war to retreat Argentina’s invaders fought by Britain – 41 percent of exports, even though the UK was only facing 10 percent.
Trump’s tariff although there is no laughter for global markets, American stocks were suffering from their worst day since the Kovid epidemic in 2020.
