Today, Monday, is the fifth day of the winter session of Parliament. Last week, all four meetings had to be adjourned due to strong protests from opposition lawmakers. It is believed that Finance Minister Sitharaman can submit the Banking Act Amendment Bill to the Lok Sabha today.
