New Delhi: Two BJP legislators, injured in a recent scuffle between the opposition and National Democratic Alliance members in the Assembly House, were discharged from the Ram Manohar Lohia (RML) Hospital on Monday. On December 19, Pratap Sarangi (69) of Odisha and Mukesh Rajput of Uttar Pradesh were admitted from Parliament with head injuries. Prime Minister Modi inquired about the status of two MPs
After being admitted to the hospital, several BJP MPs, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi, inquired about his condition. Prime Minister Modi spoke to Pratap Sarangi and Mukesh Rajput over phone and inquired about their health conditions. Prime Minister Modi told the two MPs not to worry and they would be fine. Subsequently, federal ministers Dharmendra Pradhan, Shivraj Singh Chauhan, Giriraj Singh and many other leaders went to the hospital to meet the two MPs.
