After the coaching accident in Rajendra Nagar, Delhi, the owner and coordinator of the coaching center has been taken into custody. Three students, identified as Shreya Yadav, Tania Soni and Nevin Delvin, had died due to water logging in the basement of the coaching centre. Police have registered an FIR under sections 105, 106(1), 152, 290 and 35 of BNS. The management of the coaching center and the people of the civic agency are under investigation.
MCD Supervisor Rishipal said that the work is almost completed. Only 3-4 inches of water is left. MCD has installed all the machines. The building is completely empty including the basement. No one is trapped. After the accident, the Mayor of Delhi has ordered action against the coaching centers running in the basement in violation of building bye-laws.
