A frog was spotted in the chicken biryani served to IIIT students in Gachibowli. Students eating biryani were surprised to find a whole frog in the chicken biryani in addition to chicken pieces. The student who found the frog on his plate started screaming as soon as he saw the frog. The rest of the students also came to his side. The students took photos of the frogs found inside the biryani on their plates and complained to the canteen in-charge.
As no action was taken in this regard, the students complained to the Telangana Food Safety Commissioner demanding action against the canteen manager. The matter is currently under investigation.
