Om Prakash Rajbal
Subhaspal state president and Uttar Pradesh cabinet minister Omprakash Rajbal attended a women’s rights rally at Majithia Bhawan in Chaurichaura on Sunday. During this time, he addressed women on stage, answered many political questions and shared his party’s plans in the context of the upcoming elections. He also responded to issues such as preparations for the 2027 election.
Omprakash Rajbhar said his party is working on round-the-clock election preparations. He made it clear that the objective of the Mahila Haq Adhikar rally was to empower women by involving them in politics. For example, he talked about implementing reservation for women and said his aim was to provide education to women and bring them to Lucknow and Delhi.
Rajbal also spoke about alcohol prohibition
Regarding alcohol prohibition, Rajbhar said anything is possible. Just as schemes like women’s reservation and Ayushmanka have been possible, the same prohibition on alcohol is also possible. He assured that the first signature on the ban issue will be signed on the day the BSP government is formed. He said plans such as providing housing and toilets for 1.5 million people have been implemented, which was not possible before.
On Samajwadi Party MLA Suresh Yadav calling the BJP a terrorist organization, Rajbal said that when their government is in power, they should ban terrorism. He said anyone can say anything when he fails in his duties, but when he is in power, he should take appropriate measures.
Rajbal’s stance on Mayawati’s performance
Omprakash Rajbhar welcomed the demonstration organized by BSP chief Mayawati on December 24 at the state headquarters. He said it was a democratic right and if Mayawati felt the need to protest, she had every right to do so.
Samajwadi party targeted
Omprakash Rajbhar has pointed the finger at the Samajwadi Party in the recent incidents in Sambhar. He said that this was a conspiracy of the Socialist Party and that the Socialist Party should be responsible for this incident. He gave the example of how Azam Khan was marginalized in the Samajwadi Party government as part of the conspiracy. Rajbal claimed that the people of Sambhar were also victims of this conspiracy.
Minister’s Statement on Mahakumbh
Rajbhar also commented on the organization holding Mahakumbh in Prayagraj. He said people from all over the world were planning to come to Mahakum and the government would ensure everyone could travel there safely. He himself expressed his intention to go to Mahakumbh and said the event was important from a religious perspective.
