Here, a minor first made his own 9 year old sister a victim of lust, then out of fear of being exposed, he strangled her to death. Before this incident, the accused had watched obscene videos on mobile. The most surprising thing is that in order to suppress this case and save the accused, the mother and sisters destroyed many evidences.
According to the police, this horrific incident took place on April 24. After a thorough investigation for about 3 months, the police has revealed this matter. Police said on Saturday that the case could be solved on the basis of interrogation of 50 people, in-depth interrogation of the accused and technical evidence. The victim’s 13-year-old brother, her mother and two 17-18-year-old sisters have been taken into custody. All four are being interrogated.
Girl’s body recovered from courtyard of house
Superintendent of Police Vivek Singh said that on April 24, a 9-year-old girl was raped, strangled and murdered in Jawa police station area of the district. In this case, on the complaint of the family members of the deceased girl, the police registered a case and started investigation. The victim’s body was recovered from the courtyard of her house, where she was sleeping at the time of the incident. After thorough interrogation of the family members, it was revealed that the victim’s 13-year-old brother had slept next to her at night.
Rape of real sister after watching obscene video
He told that Nabil boy raped his sister after watching obscene video on mobile phone. When the victim threatened to tell this to her father, he strangled her to death. After this, she woke up her mother and told her the whole story. Till that time there was life inside the victim. Seeing the movement on her body, the accused strangled her again. All this was happening in front of his mother’s eyes.
Destroyed evidence to mislead the police
Meanwhile, his two elder sisters also woke up. To mislead people, he changed the location of his bed before informing the police. After this, when the police reached the spot, they told that the girl had died due to the bite of some poisonous insect. When the police conducted the post-mortem of the girl’s body, reports related to rape and murder came out. After this, an SIT team was formed to investigate the matter.

Police investigation found no indication of any unknown person entering the victim’s house. The family members also denied hearing any sound at night.
