A student committed suicide by jumping from the seventh floor of a building in Delhi’s Jamia Nagar police station area. She was preparing for JEE and this time she committed suicide after failing the exam. The student’s suicide note was also discovered, in which she wrote that she could not live up to her family’s expectations.
Police received a PCR call at 11.25pm ​​on Friday about a girl jumping from the roof of the building at Okhla Main Market. A video of the incident has also gone viral on social media, in which she can be seen suddenly falling from the rooftop, but no one present took her to the hospital.
According to police, the student who committed suicide in Shaheen Bagh was 17 years old. After passing 12th rank, she started preparing for JEE. Police investigation revealed that she had earlier told her mother that she would commit suicide if she failed to pass JEE.
