RJD chief Lalu Yadav has targeted Nitish government for Bihar not getting special status. Lalu Yadav, who reached Patna from Delhi, has said that Nitish Kumar has failed, he has surrendered.

Lalu Yadav had come to AIIMS, Delhi for treatment. As soon as he returned to Patna on Thursday, the media started asking him questions at the airport. Answering a question regarding the budget, he said that the Center has given a thumbs up.

BJP and JDU counterattack

Earlier, Rabri Devi had also given a similar statement and termed the budget as jarring, after which JDU retaliated on her statement and said that she was speaking against Bihar. JDU working president Sanjay Jha said, ‘RJD is speaking against Bihar and Biharis… Modi has done the job of changing the game for Bihar. Only those who hate Bihar are talking such negative things.

At the same time, BJP has also hit back at RJD. Union Minister Giriraj Singh said, ‘Rabri Devi ji, if the budget sounds jarring to you, then take it to Lalu ji and play it. The same person who was made to sit on a wheel chair by the public and given a rattling ring is speaking today.
