NIRF Ranking 2024: The Union Education Ministry has today announced the NIRF Ranking (NIRF Ranking 2024). Indian Institute of Technology Madras (IIT Madras) has once again got the first position in the overall ranking of institutes across the country. Last year i.e. in the ranking of 2023 also, IIT Madras got the first position. At the same time, IISc Bengaluru is at the first rank in the list of top universities of the country.
AIIMS Delhi is at the forefront in medical category.
As always, IITs have continued to dominate the engineering category of the NIRF Rankings 2024 with most of the top 10 positions occupied by IIT institutions. AIIMS Delhi is at first place in the medical category. IIM Ahmedabad has topped in the management category. Jamia Millia Islamia and Jawahar Nehru Universities of the capital Delhi have made their place among the top five universities of the country. Manipal University and Banaras Hindu University are also included in this list.
