New revelations continue to emerge about the suicide case of artificial intelligence software engineer Atul Subhash. Sources say Nikita has withdrawn two cases against Atul. The remaining four cases are still pending in the family court in Jaunpur. The next hearing in one of the cases will be held on January 12, 2025. But not before Artur embraced death.
At present, Bangalore police have arrested Atul Subhash’s wife Nikita Singhania, mother-in-law Nisha and brother-in-law Anurag in the suicide case. Meanwhile, the fourth accused, Nikita’s uncle Sushil Singhania, is still absconding.
Atul had accused all of them of encouraging him to commit suicide before he committed suicide. Say- My wife filed 9 false cases against me. Now I’m tired of pretending to be innocent and giving him money unnecessarily. But time and time again I was harassed by my wife and in-laws. Jaunpur Family Court Judge Sahiba Rita Kaushik also supported my wife. I presented a lot of evidence. But she also demanded Rs 5 lakh from me to resolve the case. My salary is not that big and I can keep giving money for no reason. Now I’m tired.

A total of 9 cases are pending in court

Now, Nikita has withdrawn both cases against Atul. Among them, Nikita Singhania later withdrew her divorce case and battery and unnatural sexual intercourse case in the CJM court. Currently, four cases are pending in Jaunpur courts against Atul Subhash. In this case, cases related to dowry system and assault are pending and the next hearing will be held on January 12, 2025.
Suicide on December 9
On December 9, Atul Subhash ended his life leaving a 24-page suicide note. The police registered a case based on the complaint of Atul’s brother Vikas. Nikita, Nisha and Anurag were arrested for this. The search for the fourth defendant is ongoing.
