The News-9 Global Summit of TV9 Group, the first domestic news network, will be held in Stuttgart, Germany. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will also participate in the News9 Global Summit from November 21 to 23. He will speak at the summit on November 22. Prime Minister Modi will deliver the keynote address at the summit at the MHP Arena Stadium. Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav and Communications Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia will also participate in the summit.
Prime Minister Modi’s speech demonstrated India’s commitment to strengthening its partnership with Europe’s largest economy. Prime Minister Modi and German Chancellor Olaf Scholz met in October. The meeting took place during Scholz’s visit to India. During this period, Germany agreed to increase recruitment of skilled Indian workers. The number of their visas increases from 20,000 to 90,000 every year.

Barun Das, CEO of TV9 Network, said that TV9 decided to organize a global summit after the success of the ‘What’s on India Today’ conclave. He said the program will serve as one of the important platforms to support inter-governmental initiatives between India and Germany.
The theme of the summit is “India and Germany – Roadmap for Sustainable Development”. These include sessions on Talent, Transformation and Technology, Sustainability: Lessons from Northeast India, Srinagar to Stuttgart: Consumer Stories. During the summit, key players from industries including the automotive industry, entertainment, business and sports will be honored. He will receive the Global Icon Award. Not only that, there will also be a concert dedicated to Gauhar Jaan, India’s first recording artist.

What will happen at the summit?
The summit will begin on November 21 with the national anthems of India and Germany. The first meeting will discuss development issues in India and Germany. Apart from this, other issues related to development issues will also be discussed. In this regard, domestic and foreign backbones will express their views at different conferences. Prime Minister Modi will deliver a speech on the second day of the summit.
On the second day of the summit, November 22, issues related to sustainable development in India and Germany will be discussed. Among other things, artificial intelligence and the digital economy will be discussed. The summit will also feature lengthy discussions on many other topics and issues. Many business and political leaders, union ministers and representatives from India and Germany will participate in the conference organized by TV9 network with the aim of strengthening trade relations between India and Germany.
