Netflix Announces Ted Danson’s The Man Within Renewed for Season 2

The series, which premieres on November 21, 2023, stars Ted Danson as the protagonist, Charles, a retired professor whose life takes a new direction after the death of his wife. When Charles finds himself living a monotonous life and emotionally distant from his daughter Emily (Mary Elizabeth Ellis), he begins to search for a new purpose. His assignment leads him to respond to a classified ad placed by private investigator Julie (Lila Rich Creek Estrada), which leads him to San Francisco’s Pacific View retirement home.
