Polling in Jharkhand will be held in two phases. The first phase of voting in the state will be held on Wednesday, November 13. Meanwhile, a statement by Union Minister and Jharkhand election in-charge Shivraj Singh Chauhan came to light. He expressed confidence that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) will get a two-thirds majority in Jharkhand. The minister said the people of the state want an end to the “corrupt” rule of the Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM)-Congress-RJD alliance and hence everyone will vote for the BJP.
Talking to reporters after voting in his hometown Jait under the Budni assembly seat in Madhya Pradesh, the Union Agriculture Minister said, “I am in constant touch with Jharkhand based on the progress of the first phase of polling.” The BJP won more than two-thirds of the seats in the election. He said a large number of PPP supporters and common people came out of their homes to vote. It’s just that the thinking of the people of the country has changed. The public is fed up with state government and now wants change.

‘Public has confidence in Prime Minister Narendra Modi’
He said everyone voted for the BJP. The public will defeat the coalition of corruption, dishonesty and pro-Bangladesh infiltrators. The minister said the public has full confidence in Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The people of Jharkhand are voting for security of land, daughters and bread to end the corrupt rule of JMM Congress and RJD. He said it was evident from the first phase that the people voted for the BJP and the NDA and the NDA government would be formed with an overwhelming majority in Jharkhand.
‘BJP candidate will win in Budni’
Meanwhile, Shivraj Singh Chauhan also said that the BJP candidate Ramakant Bhargava will win in the Budhni assembly by-election. After Chouhan’s resignation, the Budni seat by-election is underway. He was elected from the Vidisha Lok Sabha seat and became a Union Minister. Congress has fielded former minister Rajkumar Patel against the BJP’s Bhargava.
Talking about Jharkhand, voting will take place on Wednesday for 43 seats in the first phase of the assembly elections in the state. The second phase of voting will take place on November 20 and counting of votes will take place on November 23. All politicians are campaigning hard these days.
