A surprising case has come to light from Mumbai. Where troubled by financial constraints, 38 year old engineer Srinivas jumped into the sea from Atal Setu on Wednesday afternoon. Police said that the body has not been recovered yet. Along with local fishermen, they are searching for him. It is being told that Srinivas had left the house at around 11.30 pm on Wednesday night. On the way, he talked to his wife and four-year-old daughter on phone. But no one had any idea that he was going to commit suicide.
Srinivas’s family members say that his financial condition was very bad. In 2023, while working in Kuwait, he attempted suicide by drinking floor cleaning substance. After this incident, Srinivas’s family members are in bad condition and crying. The help of fishing boats and marine security guards is being taken to find Srinivas. However, the search operation is being hampered due to bad weather.
Engineer jumped into the sea from Atal Bridge
CCTV of this incident has also surfaced, in which it is seen that Srinivas comes to Atal Setu in his Tata Nexon car and jumps into the sea by climbing the railing of the bridge. According to the police, Srinivasan was a resident of Kuruturi Dombavli. He came home from Kuwait about 8 months ago. He started business in Mumbai.
Police busy trying to find the body in the sea
