Mumbai Road Rage: During a road rage incident in Mumbai, a priest was stabbed and injured. After committing this incident the accused fled from the spot. The victim himself did not complain about this matter to the police. But after the video of this incident went viral, the police arrested two accused on Monday.

Giving information about this matter, a Mumbai Police official told PTI that this incident took place in the western suburb Kandivali on Saturday night. He said that two people have been arrested for attacking and injuring the 34-year-old priest. Whereas the police is searching for two more people in connection with this incident.

Police officer said on Monday that on the day of the incident, one of the accused, Pratham Digambar Khillere (22), was going on a motorcycle when he hit the victim’s two-wheeler in Laljipada area and then an argument broke out between the two. Meanwhile, Khillere called his friends who attacked the priest and his brother-in-law and he stabbed the priest with a knife.

The police officer said that the police team has arrested Khillere and his friend Chhotu Maniyar. The victim initially refused to lodge a complaint, but a video of the attack surfaced on social media and a case was registered, the officer said. The accused are being interrogated.
