Who is Reshma Kevali Mani?

Born and brought to Mumbai, Ms. Kewal Mani was 11 years old when she moved to America with her family. She currently lives in Boston and has a twin son.

In 1998, Ms. Kewalmani completed the seven -year Liberal Arts/Medical Education Program of Boston University. After that, she enrolled in a Nephrology Fellowship at the Joint Program of Massachusetts General Hospital and Brigham and Women’s Hospital. In 2015, he obtained his degree from the general management program of Harvard Business School.

She started her career as a doctor and worked in famous hospitals such as Massachusetts General Hospital, Brigham and Women’s Hospitals, and Massachusetts came and also in ear inferring and MIT. Later, he entered the Biofarma sector and worked for more than 12 years.

Ms. Kewalmani began working for the vertex pharmaceuticals in 2017 and reached the post of Chief Medical Officer in 2018. In 2020, he was promoted to the post of President and CEO. She also currently works in the Wartax Board of Directors.

Since she has been on the rudder of cases in vertex, the company has increased extensively, developing new remedies, including Trichoca, which is a major drug to treat a severe genetic disease called cystic fibrosis.
