MPTET 2024 Exam Date: MP Primary Level TET November 10th, application will start from that day, please refer to the eligibility

MPTET 2024 exam date notification: This is good news for young people who are looking forward to becoming government school teachers in Madhya Pradesh. The Madhya Pradesh Staff Selection Board (MPESB) has released the notification for the Primary School Teacher Eligibility Test (MPTET). The qualification test will be conducted on November 10, 2024. Interested and eligible candidates will be able to apply online by visiting the official website esb.mponline.gov.in.

As per the notification issued, the online application for MPTET 2024 for Primary Teachers will start from October 1 and will continue till October 15, 2024. If there are any errors in the application, applicants will have the opportunity to correct the application between October 10 and 20.

MP TET Exam Date 2024: The exam will be held on November 10

The Madhya Pradesh Primary Teacher Eligibility Examination will be held on November 10, 2024 in two shifts. The first shift is from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., and the second shift is from 2:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. (the exam lasts two and a half hours). Candidates must arrive at the exam center one hour before the exam starts. Registration starts at 7 am and afternoon shift starts at 12:30 pm. Exam centers will be set up in different districts of the state as per the instructions of the Staff Selection Commission, Bhopal and the department. These include Balaghat, Bhopal, Gwalior, Indore, Jabalpur, Khandwa, Neemuch, Ratlam, Rewa, Sagar, Satna, Siddi and U Jain.

Basic qualifications for MPTET

Senior High School or equivalent with at least 50% marks and a two-year Diploma in Basic Education or equivalent OR High School or equivalent with at least 45% marks and a National Council for Teacher Education (Recognition, Standards and Procedures) as per Regulations 2002 , two years of basic education or a high school diploma or equivalent with at least 50% grades; and a 4-year Bachelor of Basic Education (B.El.Ed.) or a minimum of 50% high school diploma or equivalent with grades B. Sc. and 2 years Diploma in Education (Special Education) or Graduation Degree and 2 years Diploma in Basic Education or equivalent.

– Qualifying marks for educational qualifications will be relaxed by up to 5% for candidates belonging to reserved categories such as Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes and candidates with disabilities.

– For Primary Teachers of Sanskrit Pathshala (Sanskrit), the minimum educational qualification will be North Madhyamik from a recognized institution/board in subjects including Sanskrit Literature/Grammar etc. Apart from this, professional qualifications include D.El.Ed. It is necessary to pass.

– B.Ed., following the Supreme Court decision dated November 8, 2023. Qualified candidates will not be eligible.

passing score

Each question on this exam will be assigned a score. There are no negative markings of any kind on the exam. To pass the Primary Teacher Eligibility Examination, a minimum of 50% marks are required in the reserved category. The score percentage for other classes is fixed at 60%. This exam is valid for life.

Exam fee

General category candidates will have to pay Rs 500 exam fee and SC/ST, OBC, EWS and physically disabled candidates will have to pay Rs 250 exam fee. Candidates applying through the online application kiosk have to pay MBNIL portal fee of Rs 60. Apart from this, the portal fee for filling up the form through login is Rs 20 for registered citizen users. Candidates are advised that before applying notify Read carefully.
