In this, Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB) subscribed the reserve portion 207.31 times, Non-Institutional Investors (NII) subscribed 1,933.96 times and Retail Investors subscribed 461.58 times.
Where will the money raised be spent?
Talking about face value, the face value of this IPO is Rs 10. 45.64 lakh new shares were issued under this IPO. The company will use the money raised through these shares to meet capital expenditure, working capital requirements, general corporate purposes and issue related expenses.
What does the company do?
Established in 2003, Aesthetic Engineers provides interior design services. This company designs facade systems, aluminum doors, windows, railings and stairs. Apart from this, it also produces Fiber Reinforced Concrete (GFRC). In the financial year 2024, the company’s net profit has increased by 346.74 percent to Rs 5.03 crore and revenue has increased by 50.64 percent to Rs 60.79 crore.
