Since childhood, her dream was to become a doctor. You were the driving force behind that dream.’

He further said that we have been with her as her guardians, she herself has worked very hard. But I think, because she got good teachers like you, she was able to fulfill her dream of becoming a doctor.

“My daughter used to say …”

The deceased’s mother further said, “Then came the matter of degree, my daughter used to say, ‘Mom, I don’t need money, I just want a lot of degrees before my name and I want to cure as many patients as possible.'”

Referring to the day of the incident, he further said, “Even on that day when she went out of the house, she had served many patients in the hospital. During duty, the miscreants killed her and her dreams were ruthlessly strangled. The dream of becoming a gold medalist in MD, which was written that night, is still unfulfilled. Even after this heinous incident, full preparations were made by the hospital administration and officials to erase all the evidence.”

“The silence of some people emboldens the criminals…”

The mother of the deceased wrote in the last part of the letter, “As a mother, I humbly request all the teachers, doctors, health officials, nursing staff of the medical college that if you have any information and evidence, please bring it forward because I feel that the silence of some good people boosts the morale of the criminals. With the message of standing with the movement of the medical community and the common people and saluting all the teachers on Teacher’s Day, with the hope of getting justice for the girl.”
