Politics and rhetoric regarding the Ayodhya rape case have intensified. On Sunday, a BJP delegation went to Ayodhya and met the victim’s family. Rajya Sabha MP Babu Ram Nishad and state government minister Narendra Kashyap were also included in this BJP delegation. During this, the delegation also talked to the officials and its report will be given to the top BJP leadership.
Amidst all this, the victim’s mother has made serious allegations against the accused Moeed Khan. Speaking to Aaj Tak, the victim’s mother said that she was offered money by local Samajwadi Party leaders in exchange for a compromise. He said that SP leader Moeed Khan is behind this entire incident.
Statement of victim’s mother
The victim’s mother said, ‘Our daughter used to work in a bakery, they took her to the fields. Moeed Khan raped her. Moeed Khan is behind all this. We got our daughter treated but she did not get better. Then investigation was done after which we went to the police station and later action was taken. SP Bhadarsa Nagar Panchayat Chairman Mohammad Rashid said, take the money and make peace. CM Yogi has said that he will take action. The government is requested to provide financial assistance.
After meeting the victim’s family, Minister Narendra Kashyap said, ‘Share the pain with the victim, strict action will be taken, no one will be spared’, while BJP MPs said – SP has shown its cheap politics.

Moeed Khan is dry
Amidst all this, the legal clampdown is being tightened on rape accused Mohammad Moeed Khan in Ayodhya. After sending him to jail, now bulldozer action is being taken on all his captured properties. This is the first time that any action was taken against Moeed Khan, otherwise his influence was such that in the last 12 years, no matter who was in government or who was DM or SSP, no one could muster the courage to take action.
Mohammad Mueed’s influence did not rise in one or two years. Moeed has been loyal to the Samajwadi Party for the last 20 years. In Ayodhya Nagar Kotwali, an FIR has been registered against Bhadarsa Nagar Panchayat Chairman Mohammad Rashid for threatening the victim’s family. Rashid used to be the president of Bhadarsa Nagar Panchayat and Moeed is his closest.

This incident of rape took place in the entire Kalandar police station area of Ayodhya, where after raping a girl, the accused made an obscene video of her and then blackmailed her and continued doing heinous acts for a long time. This matter came to light when the victim became two months pregnant. The victim’s family complained about this matter to the police but it is alleged that initially no action was taken on it. Later, when people of Nishad Party along with VHP and Bajrang Dal expressed their anger, the police arrested two people including SP’s Bhadarsa city president Moeed Khan.
The victim’s mother told that when we went to the police post with the complaint, the sub-inspector told us to keep Raju’s name but remove the other name. Then after the intervention of the SP, our case was registered. We want death sentence for the accused.

The mother of the victim minor girl met CM Yogi Adityanath in Lucknow on Friday (2 August). During this, the CM assured of strict action against SP leader Moeed Khan and other accused. After this, action has also been taken against the police station in-charge and outpost in-charge and investigation into the property of the accused has been started.
