What complaints should be made to the police?

Let me tell you that the victim had previously filed a police complaint stating that the gang rape took place on September 11, 2024. After worshipping at Kali Khoh temple in Vindhyachal, my wife and I reached Sita Kund on the top of a hill. When he was coming back from there, he met 4-5 people on the road and started beating him with sticks. They took away all my money and mobile phone. After this, they held me hostage near a neem tree and dragged my wife to the forest where four people took turns to rape her. When my wife started screaming, he threatened to kill both of us.
