New Delhi: Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla on Wednesday asked central government ministers in the House to abandon the habit of replying to members who speak without permission. He made the comments while raising a supplementary question on the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy during Question Hour in the Lok Sabha.
