There are flood like conditions in many districts of Himachal and Uttarakhand due to heavy rains. Nature has wreaked havoc in Kullu-Manali and Lahaul-Spiti of Himachal Pradesh, where cloud burst has caused tremendous devastation. At the same time, rescue operation is going on for the fifth consecutive day after the cloud burst in Kedar Valley of Uttarakhand. NDRF, SDRF and Army are trying to evacuate every person safely.
