The court has issued a non-bailable arrest warrant against Akash Bhatti. At 8 pm on Sunday, police station inspector Kapil Dev, two trainee inspectors Sunny Kumar and Sandeep Singh, a head constable Sanjay Singh and a constable set out in a government vehicle to arrest Akash Bhati.

When police reached there on Sunday night, a poorly trained sub-inspector caught Aakash Bhatti. Thereafter, the accused got into a scuffle with him and tore his uniform. During this time, other police officers somehow saved him, but he then got into a scuffle with other police officers. The police then surrounded Akash Bhatti and took him to the police station.

Just four days ago, the defendant threatened to kill a villager in the same village.

The defendant was charged with assaulting a police officer and obstructing government work. The defendant was then brought to court. It is said that Akash had threatened to kill a man in the same village four days ago. A case was also registered against him in this regard. The police are also looking for Akash Bhatti in the case.

Meerut Rural SP Rakesh Kumar told us that there was a man named Akash Bhati in Bahsuma village. After a non-bailable arrest warrant was issued against him, local police went to arrest him on September 22. During this time, the defendant assaulted the police officer. A police officer was slightly injured in the incident and has been treated. Meanwhile, the police arrested Akash Bhatti on the spot and took him to court. Additionally, the police have registered an FIR in connection with the attack.
