A case of molestation of a minor girl has come to light from Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. The father molested his 9-year-old motherless daughter. The accused father is unemployed and has an addiction to alcohol. When the girl informed her uncle about this, he lodged a complaint at the police station. The police have registered a case under various sections and arrested the accused. The girl has been sent to Asha Jyoti Kendra.
On Tuesday, a 9-year-old girl reached the police station with her maternal uncle and told the police that her father does dirty things with her. He also beats her up when she protests. The girl’s mother died a long time ago and she has two brothers. She has a sister who lives with her maternal uncle. The girl is studying in class three.

Based on the uncle’s complaint, a case has been registered under molestation and POCSO Act. The girl has been medically examined. In her statement under 161, the girl has spoken about molestation, now her statement under 164 will be recorded. Everyone is shocked by this shameful act of the father.
Police arrested the accused father
Rural SP Rakesh Kumar said that this is a minor girl who has accused her father of molestation. The girl does not have a mother and has 3 siblings, out of which one sister lives with relatives. The accused father has been arrested.
