A case of religious conversion has come to light from Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. It is being told that an attempt was being made to convert the religion by calling a prayer meeting of Christianity. As soon as the news of the incident was received, some Hindu organization workers reached the spot and started creating ruckus. On the information of local people, Kankarkheda police station reached the spot and arrested some people and they are being interrogated.
People of Hindu organization say that prayer meetings are held every Sunday. After which Hindus are brainwashed and pressured to convert. On this matter, the police say that there have been allegations like forcing for conversion or luring money for conversion. All allegations are being investigated in depth. Strict action will be taken against whoever is found guilty. Material related to religious propagation has been found from the spot.

Police arrested five people
On this matter, SSP Vipin Tada said that some people in Kankarkheda police station area had complained that efforts for religious conversion were being made here. A case was registered on the complaint of the plaintiff and 5 people have been arrested and are being interrogated.
