Mathura: BJP MLA’s brother enters hospital and assaults staff, punches and kicks them, video

In Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, brothers and representatives of the Janata Dal entered a hospital and violently beat up the staff. MLA personnel punched, kicked and slapped the hospital staff and took them out of the cabin. During this time, the hospital was in chaos. The entire incident was captured on CCTV.

Based on the information received, brother of Rajesh Chaudhary, a BJP MP from Mathuramant seat, and his representatives entered the DS Hospital and attacked the staff. The assault was captured on CCTV. It is learned that the mother of the BJP MP was admitted to DS Hospital on Maholi Road for treatment.

Meanwhile, the brother of the BJP MP started recording in the intensive care unit along with two or three others. When the staff refused, the MLA’s angry brothers Sanjay, Deepu and two or three others along with the deputies started clashing with the hospital staff. In response, MLA Rajesh Chaudhary said over the phone that his mother was unwell. His family members were verbally abused and beaten by staff. Meanwhile, Dr Lalit Varshney, director of DS Hospital, said that the MLA’s mother was undergoing treatment due to ill health. Videography and recording are prohibited in the ICU because of the possibility of spreading infection, so the staff banned it. In response, MLA’s brothers Sanjay, Deepu and representatives took up the law and attacked.

Hospital staff said the entire incident was captured on CCTV. We have requested action in accordance with the law. At present, both parties have complained to the police about this. The police are busy investigating the matter. The incident remains a topic of discussion in the region to this day.
