Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Sinha has reacted strongly to the recent terrorist attacks. He sent a strong message against terrorism and said every innocent blood shed in the valley would be repaid. He said that now all the capabilities of the security forces will be used to completely destroy the terrorist structures.
Sinha made the statement while addressing the Border Security Force (BSF) passing out and certification parade at STC in Huhama. In his speech, he severely attacked Pakistan, saying that Pakistan has been carrying out terrorist activities in Jammu and Kashmir since its independence.

“It is unfortunate that we have a neighboring country that, despite poverty and hunger, continues to support terrorism and drug trafficking in Jammu and Kashmir,” Manoj Sinha said, according to the news agency. “Recently in Ganderbal and In the terror attack in Baramulla, our brave soldiers, civilians, workers working on infrastructure projects and laborers from other states were targeted.
“Our security forces are determined to avenge every drop of blood,” he clarified. At this juncture, the BSF, as India’s first line of defense, must be more vigilant in performing its duties.
Terror attacks in Ganderbal and Gulmarg
Notably, a local doctor and six migrant workers were shot dead by terrorists at a tunnel construction site in Ganjir district of Ganderbal on Sunday. Meanwhile, four persons, including two soldiers, were killed in a terror attack near Gulmarg in Baramulla district on Thursday.
The Deputy Governor said the main objective of the government and security forces is to eradicate terrorism and create an environment where citizens can realize their aspirations and dreams.
“The BSF has been playing an important role in realizing this vision and we must assure the public that sustained, effective and rigorous action will be taken against terrorists and their support structures,” he said.
The statement by Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha comes amid rising terror activities in the valley and challenges faced by security forces. The government and security forces are fully committed to making every effort to destroy the terrorist infrastructure and restore peace and stability in the Valley.
