Jarange Patil said the movement of the Maratha community will continue. There are Marathas in every House, whether they contest elections or not. We don’t have a problem with retreat. This movement will continue and will not stop.

Jarange Patil says we are not supporting anyone. Our members should withdraw their applications. Whether it is Maha Vikas Aghadi or Mahayutthi, the leaders of both parties are the same person. None of them will support us. We do not need to benefit anyone, nor do we need to hold any kind of voting meeting. There was no pressure from either side on me. There was no question of me quitting, I just quit the election. The political process is different and the movement is different, he said. In politics, one must surround the people.

Announcing his resignation from the Assembly, Manoj Jalanji Patil said candidates from the Maratha community cannot be elected from one caste and therefore it is impossible to fight from one caste. It was decided to campaign with the backward classes and Muslim community. He said we cannot contest elections on the basis of one caste. Candidates from the Maratha community cannot be elected on the basis of caste. Winning elections on the basis of any caste is not an easy task.
