TMC MP Mahua Moitra on Monday issued a breach of privilege notice to Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kiren Rijiju. The notification was also signed by MPs from TMC, Samajwadi Party, DMK and other political parties. Earlier on Friday, Mahua Moitra accused Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kiren Rijiju of threatening her in the Lok Sabha.
Marwa Moitra raised the issue of Justice Loya’s death during a discussion on the Constitution in the Lok Sabha on Friday. BJP MPs including Kiren Rijiju protested.
