Mahayagya to be held in Ayodhya
Shri Maha Narayan Divya Rudra Sahita Sat Sahasra Vishwa Shanti Chandi Yagya will be held at Ayodhya, the birthplace of Lord Rama, for 57 days from November 2 to December 28. The grand Divya Rudra Sahitya Sahasra Chandi Mahayagya is organized by Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust, Shri Kanchi Kamakoti Peetham and Chinmayi Seva Trust to promote peace and welfare in the world.
Through this Yagya one is seeking the blessings of Lord Rudra and Goddess Chandi for peace, happiness, prosperity and welfare of the entire world. More than 850 Ayurvedic Ritviks will be dedicated to purifying the environment through ancient rituals. This Mahayagya reminds the historical culture of the relationship between Ayodhya and Kanchi. King Dashrath performed the Yagya ceremony here for his son Kameshti, from which Lord Rama was born.

During these 57 days of Mahagaya, many religious activities are performed every day for world peace.
- There will be 14 Havens (limited to 48 couples per day)
- 2 Sharsha Chandi Hawan (Limited to 2 couples per day)
- 850 Vedic Ritvik will participate in sacred rituals
- These daily rituals enable believers to contribute to world peace, meditate on various aspects of life, remove obstacles, ensure safety, promote health, bestow wealth and wisdom, remove planetary suffering and bless longevity.
Mahagaya daily schedule
- The shows will start at 8am and run until 11am each day. First, the Lakshmi Ganpati Mantra will be recited, with a total of 2.8 million people participating.
- Subramanyam Mahamantra will be performed and Abhishek will be performed
- Sahasra Lingarchana, Sixteen Varnap Puja and Rudrabhishekam
- Chandi Saptashati and Maharudram will be recited
- Durga Saptashati Havan, chanting Sudarshan Mahamantra
- There will be many chants, Lakshmi Nrisimha, Ram Shadakshari (66 Lakhs), Kartaviyaarjuna, Dhanvantari Mass Sri Seetamula Kalyanam and Kumari puja.
5:00 pm to 7:00 pm
After this, there will be a break, after which the program will continue from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Havan: Havan will perform for Lakshmi Ganpati, Subrahmanya, Aditya, Sudarshan, Vandurga, Navagraha, Shri Ramtarak, Anjaneya, Mahalakshmi, Dhanvantari, Mrityunjay, Saraswati.
7:00pm – 9:00pm:
Rudrakramarchana Dikpalak Baliharan Tirtha Prasad will be distributed to all devotees.
