He claimed that he was offered that the proceedings in the ED and CBI cases against him would be dropped if he accepted their offer and he received a brown envelope with four points in it asking him to submit an affidavit. Among the four points, regarding Aditya Thackeray’s involvement in Disha Salian’s death, the then NCP leader, deputy chief minister Ajit Pawar and his son Parth Pawar had met Anil Deshmukh and Parth Pawar wanted to collect money from gutkha makers.

Samit Kadam, who is associated with Devendra Fadnavis. This person claimed that Devendra Fadnavis wanted to help me with anything that happened against me. Deshmukh said he was surprised Devendra Fadnavis was able to speak to him directly, but sent an unidentified person to meet Deshmukh.

Thereafter, Deshmukh checked the man’s profile on social media and found that there were many photos of him with Devendra Fadnavis and that he was a Janata Party supporter of the BJP. ·Member of Jan Surajya Shakti Party. Kadam called a number via FaceTime or WhatsApp and allegedly asked Fadnavis to talk to him, the book said.

He told me that Fadnavis asked him to tell me that the ED officials would come to me and ask some questions and then the case would be closed.

The book further claims, “Following this, Samit told me that I (Deshmukh) should lodge a complaint about Aditya Thackeray’s role in Disha Salyan’s death case and his involvement with Ajit An affidavit has to be filed regarding other matters related to Dada, his son Parth, Uddhav Thackeray and Anil Prabhu. Then I am concerned about how they use Ajit Dada’s name. , while the BJP formed the government with Ajit Dadar Then Samit did not reply and I angrily said that I will not file a false affidavit and Devendra Fadnavis has fallen to it. To the point of implicating people in the government with him, I told Samit never to come back to me. After this, Samit came back a day later and said Fadnavis was worried about Ajit Dada’s name. , the views related to Ajit Pawar can be deleted as they belong to the same party.
