Samajwadi Party MLA and candidate for Bhiwandi Maharashtra Assembly elections Raees Sheikh has written a letter to MVA manifesto committee chairman and former CM Prithviraj Chauhan. In this letter, he talks about including Muslim reservation in the declaration. There was also a demand to investigate the Love Jihad Commission. Apart from this, he wrote in the letter that a budget of Rs 100 billion should be reserved for all Muslim brothers and sisters.
This request is to provide funds for Muslims in the budget. Maha Vikas Aghadi, or MVA, is working hard to woo Muslim voters ahead of the Maharashtra Assembly elections. Maha Vikas Aghadi is a member of the Indian Alliance, which works under the leadership of the Congress Party. Meanwhile, the Samajwadi Party is making vigorous efforts to bring these votes into its fold.
