As the Maharashtra assembly elections approach, the temperature is getting hotter in the state. National Communist Party leader Nawab Malik announced his participation in the elections. He said I will file my nomination from Mankhurd Shivaji Nagar parliamentary constituency on October 29.

Nawab Malik said the public was demanding that he contest elections from here. People are very unhappy about gangsterism and drug dealing taking place in Mankud Shivaji Nagar. People want change and I will contest the elections from Mankud Shivaji Nagar and will definitely win. I don’t care who is against me, the public is with me and I will contest the election.
