Mahahavikas Aghadi’s ongoing seat-sharing tussle has come to an end ahead of the Maharashtra Assembly elections. The MVA reached an agreement on seat allocation late on Tuesday night, before deciding which party will get how many seats in the 288-seat Maharashtra Assembly.
This time the Congress will compete for the largest number of MVA seats. The Congress will elect 104 seats in Maharashtra this time. In this distribution, the Uddhav faction got 96 seats and the Nationalist Congress Party (Sharad faction) got 88 seats.
