The Shiv Sena of Eknath Shinde has announced the list of 20 more candidates for the Maharashtra Assembly elections. In this list, Sanjay Nirupam has bagged tickets for Dindoshi and Milind Deora in Worli. It will be interesting to see how much fame these top leaders gain during election season.
Former BJP leader Murji Patel has contested the Andheri East seat. This seat has been in the news as Shinde had earlier planned to field former encounter expert and Antilia case accused Pradeep Sharma’s wife from here. But there was strong opposition from the Bharatiya Janata Party and plans had to be changed thereafter.
